Impact on Communities and Individuals

So far 11,250 people have benefited this year from the community led services set up by the RCC Programme.

Impact Assessments measure the impact and/or the effectiveness of organisational activities and judge the significance of the changes brought about by those activities. Being able to assess and articulate impact is a powerful means to being able to demonstrate positive and negative, intended or unintended results and is seen as the contribution of the intervention to the overall goal. Impact assessment comes down to:

A: Asking if the intervention met the real needs and

B: Training for the appropriate people.

It is concerned with making judgements about the effect on beneficiaries of people in communities.
